Starting Darling Dollcats
Dollcats once started as a dream and has now become our cherished reality. Our adventure started in 2023 when our first breeding queen joined our family, and we couldn’t more excited! Our cattery has since blossomed, and we lovingly raise our kittens alongside our children, treating them as our own. With free roam of our home, our cats enjoy a loving environment without cages or enclosures. We have been carefully guided by experienced breeders and a passion for this dream to make Darling Dollcats what it is today. Join us as celebrate the delightful charm and elegance of Ragdolls!

I am Amber.
Hello! My name is Amber Lucka and I am the owner of Darling Dollcats. I am 34 and a wife to Saimir as well as a mom to 3 small children. We currently live in Matthews, NC just outside of Charlotte. I work as a registered nurse formally in the ER and currently work in vascular access. My hobbies include being a mom and cat mom (that takes up most of my time haha) and I'd like to consider myself a decent baker. I specialize in frosted buttercream cakes, macarons, and tiramisu. In addition to our cats we also have 24 chickens! We love all animals here. We are a bilingual household speaking English and Albanian. When we are not working and raising kittens, we do enjoy vacation time! Even if it's a simple spur of the moment weekend getaway, we are always ready for a change in our day to day routine. You can see my family and our kittens active on our socials daily to get an inside glimpse into me and my life. The love I have for kittens and cats began when I was a little girl. I identified with their unique and sometimes spicy spirit. I always knew I wanted to raise Ragdolls, but waited to start that journey when I was finished having children myself. I love all cats, whether they are champion pedigreed or a dumpster stray lol. All cats are special and unique, worthy of love. A portion of all kitten sales made will go to local cat rescues.

Ragdoll cats truly stand out for their incredible temperament. With their relaxed and loving nature, it's no wonder that not a single one of my three wild children has ever been scratched or bitten. They are playful in just the right ways and never show aggression. While their striking blue eyes and lovely unique coats are undeniably beautiful, it's their wonderful personalities that truly make them exceptional, especially for homes with small children who can enjoy their gentle companionship.

We strive to make the kitten purchasing process easy and efficient. Our mission is to connect our delightful kittens with loving homes while encouraging responsible pet ownership. Each kitten comes with TICA registration, a health guarantee, is fully vaccinated, and is spayed/neutered before heading to their new family. Additionally, we are committed to all animal welfare and donate a portion of our sales to local rescues.
