Waitlist

Here you'll find the current Darling Dollcats waitlist. Names are always kept in order. If you notice you've moved down the list, it's because of a very rare situation, such as a family experiencing the loss of their kitten before or shortly after going home. Those circumstances are completely outside of anyone's control, and the only fair way I know to make things right is to move those families to the top of the waitlist.

Darling Dollcats is located in Matthews, North Carolina, just outside of Charlotte, and we place kittens with families both locally and across the United States through a variety of safe transportation options.

A few things to know if you're considering joining:

I'm not a kitten factory, and unfortunately there isn't a button I can push for the perfect kitten to appear. We are at the mercy of genetics, heat cycles, litter sizes, and most importantly, the health and well-being of my Queens and Kings.

I work through the waitlist in order while also considering each family's preferences and matching them with the right kitten. My goal is always to be fair, honest, and reasonable. That's why I make my waitlist public. It gives everyone transparency and helps keep me accountable. I also keep your information on file for contracts, records, and in case I ever need to reach you.

By joining the waitlist, you understand that your exact preferences may not be available right away. If that happens, you can simply remain on the list until the right kitten comes along or choose a different kitten if you'd like.

The list can sometimes look long, but don't let that discourage you. Kittens are born throughout the year, families take home their kittens and come off the list, and many people ahead of you decide to wait for a future litter that better matches what they're looking for. The waitlist is always moving, and flexibility often helps families bring home a kitten sooner.
